Victory Life Internet Radio is a 24-hour Christian Online Radio station which has been in operation for 6 years with the mandate of proclaiming the message of Love and Victory.
The Online Radio was conceived by Bishop Mike Bamidele, the founding Bishop of Victory Life Ministries International. 
 
The ministry comprises a church base of Victory Chapel International which has an ATMOSPHERE OF THE POWER AND PRESENCE OF GOD, Divine Connection Chapels, and a host of life changing programs like Pentecost Day Celebration as well as All Christian Campus Fellowship Conferences (ACCF) amongst others.

1st Position: Studio Technical Assistant.
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: BA/BSc BTech/HND.
Location: Ilesa, Osun State.
 
 
Requirements:
Candidate applying for this position:
• Must be a born again Christian willing to know more about the Holy Spirit.
• Should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 0 - 1 year of experience.
• Must have a good knowledge of Computer Networking.
• Must have a good understanding of IP addressing, Subnetting and DNS.
• Must be Internet savvy and possess good knowledge in internet Connectivity.
• Have good Knowledge of the use of Social Media and Social Media Tools for Productions of Audio/Video/Graphics
• Have experience in Web Design and blogging of Audiovisuals e.g. WordPress, Joomla.
• Must have good knowledge of Graphics and Designing tools i.e. Corel suite, Adobe Suite.
• Must have a very good knowledge of editing and recording audio tools.
• Must have understanding of Internet Streaming of audio and videos.
• Must have knowledge in computer hardware and Maintenance.
 
 
Responsibilities:
Candidate:
• Will be responsible for the smooth running of the daily 6 hours broadcast.
• Will record, edit and produce each program sections for rebroadcast.
• Will transmit and Monitor quality audio broadcast.
• Will design Graphics and promote Upcoming programs Banners on Social Media for Awareness.
• Will upload of Messages and Ministrations on the internet and cloud for sharing.
• Will monitor, ensure the good use of studio equipment’s and give report in case of faults.
• Will upload and arrange programs using the Schedule on the server for Rebroadcast and 24hr service.
• Will give daily, weekly and monthly reports on studio use and broadcast
• Will maintain the use of the studio equipments
 
Salary: 20, 000 Naira – 30, 000 Naira. 
 
 
2nd Position: Duty Continuity Announcer/Anchor.
 
Job Type: Full Time.
Qualification: BA/BSc/BTech/HND/OND.
Location: Ilesa, Osun State.
 
 
Requirements
Candidate applying for this position:

• Should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND/OND with 0 - 1 year of experience.
• Must possess excellent written and communication skills.
• Must have smooth and pleasant audio delivery
• Must be able to deliver and coordinate programs timely and in a concise manner.
• Must have good judgment.
• Must posses good knowledge of the Bible and Victory Life Ministries and its arms.
• Must be digitally savvy, proficient with Microsoft office suites programs.
• Must have the ability to produce quality work quickly and in an organized manner.
• Should have excellent writing and researching skills ---- style, language, accuracy and balance.
• Should have the ability to think quickly during breaking entertainment news.
• Have the ability to adapt to program and anchor style.
• Must be eager, cooperative, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Should have strong production vision and the ability to envision a segment or package and turn it into reality.
• Should be a self-starter --- ability to enterprise ideas and work well independently, with little supervision.
 
 
Responsibilities
 
Candidate:
• Will be responsible for the moderation of the daily 6 hours broadcast.
• Will ensure the schedule for the daily 6 hours is strictly followed.
• Will give the station a reputable voice with sound doctrines of biblical judgements.
• Will play gospel and inspirational music while updating the music library.
• Will initiate Biblical discussions, prepare and ask questions critical questions on daily live sessions.
• Will organize phone in sessions and engage Reponses of people on the Social Media.
• Will announce Breaking News, Current updates and Christians gist.
• Will give daily updates on Victory Life Ministry Programs, Church Services and events.
• Will create Upcoming programs discussion on the social media handles, engages and read comments during live sessions.
• Will read Information and news made available during live broadcast.
 
Salary: 10, 000 Naira – 20, 000 Naira.
